Special Meeting to Discuss Iroquois Easement and Related Items
Commissioner Wilson moved the following:
RESOLVED, that the Iroquois Gas Transmission system is hereby granted permission pursuant to Section 16-265 of the Connecticut General Statutes to install a gas pipe line and appurtenances on open space properties 53-2-32-LT-OS and 53-2-49 of the Town of Newtown as shown on the plan attached (Exhibit A and maps 64-105.20 A2-PLAT and 64-112 A2-PLAT) and subject to the conditions of the attached letter of April 16, 2008, as amended on May 1, 2008, and Exhibit B (Map 6987) from Ruth Parkins of Iroquois Gas Transmission System to the Conservation Commission.
Commissioner Barkman seconded the motion.
Commissioner Cramer requested clarification and stated concerns.
Commissioner Hovious called to question.
Motion was carried with a vote of 6 to 1.
Commissioner Ferguson motioned to adjourn the meeting at 10:50 p.m. Seconded by Commissioner Wilson. Motion carried unanimously.
